The objectives of this project are (1) to promote the survey of VOCs emission from stationary sources, (2) to propose VOCs control strategies for stationary sources, (3)to review and revise 13 regulations of VOCs emission control of stationary sources, (4)to establish the air pollution control fees system of VOCs for stationary sources, (5)to prepare plan of emission survey and control strategies of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) for stationary sources, (6)to conduct propaganda and training activities related to VOCs emission control.
